本次会议的主要议题包括：
1.亚太地区粮食和农业领域的非政府组织如何在地区和国家层面执行全球行动议程/公民社会战略。
2.亚太地区粮食和农业领域的非政府组织如何根据目前形势确定今后行动的参与者。
3.参会机构起草非政府组织建议书提交给第27届联合国粮食及农业组织亚太地区会议，继续呼吁维护农民的利益。

一、 招标内容：
新主城一期徐思河河道清瘀恢复及绿化项目，共分两个标段，一标段为河道清淤、土方外运;二标段为坡岸恢复及绿化。
二、 投标须知：
1、 投标单位应认真确认本邀标文件所有条款，提交有效证书、证件，不符合文件要求的标书将被取消投标资格。
2、 现场踏勘时间：自行踏勘。现场踏勘地点：苏州高新区横山路北、滨河路西
3、 投标单位资质：一标段需具备市政资质，二标段需具备绿化资质。
4、 工期:25个工作日，必须在XXX年11月30日完工。
5、 计价方式：采用工程量清单计价方式，按固定单价报价。
6、 评标方式：于XXX年10月21日我司内部评标，总价最低者中标，但中标价不得高于公司标底价，遵循对未中标单位不作解释的原则。
三、 标书要求：
标书内容投标单位应向招标单位提供：
1、资格证明文件：3份(复印件加盖公章)
(1)企业法人营业执照。
(2)企业相关资质证明。
(3)如投标人不是本公司法人代表，须持本人身份证和有法人代表签字的《法人代表授权书》并加盖公章。
2、报价文件：
(1)报价表中的土方数量仅供参考，土方结算以现场实际用量为准。
(2)电报、电话、传真，电子邮件等形式的报价概不接受。
(3)投标单位应将标书密封后加盖公章，于XXX年10月20日下午三点前将投标文件送至我司。
四、 技术要求及验收标准：
按照国家有关规定标准及招标单位要求和投标单位承诺执行。
